Return and Exchange Policy

Queen’s Heart adopts a dedicated Return and Exchange Policy to ensure a fair and smooth purchasing process between the store management and customers. You may review the key terms below:

  • Users must fully agree to all store policies.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from order confirmation, while returns are accepted within 3 days from the same date.

  • The store reserves the right to refuse any exchange or return if the product has been damaged due to misuse, has been opened, or if its original characteristics have been altered.

  • The customer has the right to choose compensation with an alternative product if any defect is found.

  • If the product is damaged during shipping or delivery, the customer must provide a clear photo of the damage, along with the product code and a copy of the purchase invoice. A replacement product will be sent at no additional cost, including shipping and delivery fees.
